UP D.El.Ed Admission 2024, Apply Online From 18 September: The Uttar Pradesh government has released the admission notification for the Diploma in Elementary Education(D.El.Ed). This course of study was earlier known as Basic Teacher Training. All institutes in the state which impart training for this course have to follow this process.
