SVMCM Scholarship Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must pass the eligibility criteria specified by the government before applying for this scheme.
This scholarship does not have a specific upper or lower age limit. The candidates must be high school or college level students to apply.
The students interested in applying for this scholarship must be residents of West Bengal and the income level of their families must not be more than Rs 2.5 Lakhs.
The students applying for the High School level of this scholarship must be in the 11th or 12th class and have secured at least 60% marks in their previous class. The students applying for the Diploma level of this scholarship must be studying for Polytechnic diploma courses and have secured a minimum of 60% marks in the last qualifying exams.
The students applying for the UG level of the scheme can be studying any UG course and must have secured a minimum of 53% marks for SVCM, and 45% for Kanyashree (K3). The students applying for the PG level of the scheme can be studying any PG course and must have secured a minimum of 53% marks for SVCM, and 45% for Kanyashree (K3).
The students applying for the research level of this scholarship must be studying for NET-LS and non-NET and must be full-time research scholars in a university recognized by the government.

- Step 2: Select the option “Registration” and then specify if you are a topper or not.
- Step 3: Click on “Fresh Application” and then click on “Proceed”.
- Step 4: Enter the required credentials.
- Step 5: Enter your account details like Account Number, IFSC, and bank name.
- Step 6: Upload documents like a Photograph, HOI Forwarding letter, and updated Pass Book.

SVMCM Scholarship Renewal Document
Documents needed for the first renewal in General Degree or PG Degree courses are the Semester 1 and Semester 2 marksheets. Documents required for second renewal in General Degree or PG Degree courses are the Semester 3 and Semester 4 marksheets.
Documents required for the first renewal in MBBS courses are the first MBBS mark sheet for 1st year, for second renewal is the second MBBS mark sheet for 2nd year, and for third renewal is the third mark sheet for 3rd year.
