The recruitment portal of the Kerala High Court has 45 Assistant vacancies this year. Kerala High Court Assistant Notification 2024

The exam to fill the 45 seats of Assistants will be held on 27th October this year. The selected candidates will be eligible to appear for the second round of descriptive tests, which an interview will follow. The earlier notification released on 27th March 2024 called for applications, and the last date to apply was 2nd May 2024. Since then, candidates have been waiting for the exam date, and now their wait is finally over. The hall tickets will be issued 3 weeks before the exam date. Kerala High Court Assistant 2024 Selection Process

As mentioned earlier, one must go through 3 stages of selection, including 2 papers (1 objective and 1 descriptive) and an interview. Let’s discuss each stage in detail:

Stage 1 – The candidates will be given 100 objective-type questions on paper to be filled out on the OMR sheet. The qualified candidates will then be called for the second or descriptive rounds. The selection is based on merit purely.

Stage 2 – The subjective paper to test comprehension and writing skills carries 60 marks; the answers must be written in separate answer sheets. The shortlisted candidates of this round will then have to appear for the interview.

Stage 3 – The interview holds a weightage of 10 marks, and a minimum of 35% is required to get to the ranked list. 

Then, the marks for all three stages will be added in order to get the final list of selected candidates.
