If yes, then we have an update for you because recently Results 2024 has been officially published by the Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education. The official website, jkbose.nic.in, has published a notice wherein, results can be checked using the roll and registration number of the student. Tens of thousands of students had been waiting with bated breath for the declaration of this result after they wrote their exams early this year.
JKBOSE Class 11th Examination Overview
September 6 to October 3, 2024, was the period when the Private and Bi-Annual exams of Class 11th were set up. The final exams were scheduled to conclude on September 24, but due to the general elections in Jammu and Kashmir, the schedule was shifted, and it was again conducted on 17th, 19th, and 24th respectively on 27th Sept, 29th Sept, and 3rd October.
These tests are of prime importance for students as they are appearing for a place in higher secondary studies.

JKBOSE Class 11th Results 2024 Check
To check the results, the students need to follow the given steps:
- Use your browser to go to jkbose.nic.in
- Now, as you go to the homepage look for the section that will take you to the results spot.
- Locate the “JKBOSE 11th Result 2024” link.
- Insert the roll number and registration number in the appropriate fields
- Lastly, as you click the “Submit” button you will be able to view your result
Revaluation Procedure
For those who are not happy with the outcome of the results, JKBOSE offers re-evaluation. Applicants need to pay ₹495 per subject while applying. But the application can be made by only those students who have obtained more than 20% in the specific subject. Care must be taken while opting for re-evaluation as students need to check their results with utmost care.
JKBOSE Class 11Passing Marks
To clear JKBOSE Class 11 exams, students must achieve some percentage marks criteria as mentioned below.
- Obtain 33% in all subjects.
- An aggregate sum of 30% in the theory portions respectively on all subjects should be obtained.
- On practical exams, to clear, one student must have at least 40%.
As such, these standards would ensure that students pass with sufficient abilities in both theoretical knowledge and practical application.
