CTET Admit Card 2024: Download the Exam city slip
The candidates should bring an admit card that will be available on 12th December. The exam city slip is available on the site to learn about the exam city, centre and the time of the exam. The pre-admit card or exam city slip can be downloaded by following the steps.
- The candidate has to visit the official website of CTET.
- The candidate can log in and see the link titled “View date and city of CTET DEC 2024” on the website’s landing page.
- The candidate can view the allotted centre and city for the exam and download it.

CTET Admit Card 2024: Points to Remember
- The pre-admit card or exam city slip cannot be considered as the final admit card.
- The candidate has to bring a final admit card to enter the exam hall.
- The candidate can download the original admit card only on 12th December, two days before the exam.
- The candidates have to ensure they know all the details related to the exam by checking the official website regularly.
CTET Exam 2024
The Centre Board of Secondary Education conducts this exam. This is a national-level exam. Those who have done the CTET online application successfully can write this exam. The exam will be conducted offline. The candidates have to write the exam on an OMR sheet provided by the authorities. The pre-exam admit card is available now on the official website. The admit card which is mandatory to write the exam can be downloaded on 12th December.
There are two papers for the exam where the first one is for candidates who want to teach from class 1 to 5 and the second paper is for candidates who want to teach from 6 to 8. There will be 150 questions in each paper. The candidate will get 1 mark for the correct answer and there will be no negative mark for the wrong answer. The first shift of the exam on 14 December will be from 9:30 am to 12:00 pm. The second shift of the exam will be from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm.
The general and OBC candidates had to pay 1000 rupees while the SC, ST and PWD candidates had to pay 500 rupees to appear for the exam. The candidates can take the exam in English and Hindi.
